Senior Supply Chain Planner

Location: ON-SITE hybrid 2 days a week in San Jose, CA and then can eventually be remote

Experience: 7-10 years of experience within Supply Chain PlanningMust be technical with Excel and/or Power BI/SQLLooking for enterprise experienceMust Haves: 7-10 years of experience in Supply Demand Planning5+ years of experience with technical ExcelEnterprise level experienceBachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experienceExperience with planning software within a Service environmentAbility to perform root cause analysisWork with cross-functional teams globallyDay to Day Responsibilities: Insight Global is seeking a team member to join one of the largest networking companies in the world within their Service and Logistics team in the Supply Chain Organization. This team member will be responsible for timely sourcing, replenishment, and balancing levels of inventory to support customer needs. On a day-to-day basis, you will maintain, source, and stock inventory levels to meet customer demand and business requirements utilizing demand planning software. A strong candidate will identify potential shortages and place expedite orders to mitigate risk. Experience with adhering to budget targets is vital, as well as performing root cause analysis and managing escalations from a customer support perspective to understand solutions when inventory is not available. You will work cross-functionally with global partners to effectively collaborate on demand planning solutions and Customer Delivery Management to support escalations. Participation in projects and initiatives from leadership as required will also be included in your scope.
