Senior System Safety Engineer (Electric and Autonomous Systems) Full-time Joining CS is a unique opportunity to work on complex high-tech aerospace or naval systems for the most prestigious aerospace system manufacturers in the USA. Today, we are seeking a Senior System Safety Engineer with practical expertise in safety and mission-critical embedded systems to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of next-generation electric and autonomous on-road and off-road vehicles.

Responsibilities: Prepare safety and security analysis in accordance with ISO 26262, ISO 13849, IEC 61508, IEC 62061. Conduct hazard analysis and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards throughout the system lifecycle. Define safety goals and requirements for system components and subsystems, including hardware and software. Perform safety analyses, including FMEA, FTA, DFA, and fault injection, to evaluate system safety performance and identify improvement opportunities. Participate in technical discussions as part of business development efforts. Perform reviews on functional safety and cybersecurity work products. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in system safety engineering, with a focus on automotive systems. Experience in hazard analysis and risk assessments (HARA / HAZOP). Experience in system safety analysis type FMEA. Experience with at least one of the following: ISO 26262, ISO 13849, IEC 61508, IEC 62061. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to reach out to clients.
