POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Systems Administrator will be a member of Infrastructure team responsible for hands on maintenance of the company's data center hardware and software, performance monitoring and tuning, vulnerability management as well as implementing improved infrastructure and resolving advanced support issues.
Maintain documentation, diagrams, and SOPs as directed by the Enterprise Infrastructure Director. RESPONSIBILITIES Implement and maintain WindowsLinux servers, build, patching and general maintenance Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems with Windows network and computing systems Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures Manage hardware / software asset inventory Manage WAF technologies Monitor system performance and integrity Basic understanding of routing and switching Basic understanding and management of firewalls Serve as Tier 2 / 3 escalation and reach back support for all operational elements Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree preferred (will consider experience in lieu of degree) 8+ years of experience maintaining a corporate infrastructure consisting of multiple sites Must be able to obtain security clearance General knowledge of protocols and security Ability to perform windows patch management: scheduled and unscheduled scanning for and deployment of missing patches on local domain Experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware Experience with WAF technology such as Netscaler / F5 Ability to test software and hardware to evaluate ease of use and whether product will aid user in performing work Experience in writing software and hardware evaluations and recommendations for management review Write and/or revises user training manuals and procedures Microsoft Windows 2012/Newer Server Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Microsoft Windows 10/Newer Technical experience working with virtualization best practices preferred Technical experience working with firewalls preferred Scripting experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills BENEFITS Constellis offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflect its commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
