Job Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as an expert in full cycle recruiting for both hourly and salary exempt/nonexempt staff.
Responsibilities Owns and manages full life cycle process of recruitment, from selection of candidate through background and drug screening process set up
Provides candidates with a seamless applicant process to include candidate care
Manages job postings
Screens resumes for viable active and passive candidates
Identifies and builds ongoing and successful relationships with hiring managers and staffing agency vendors
Collaborates with marketing to create social content surrounding employer brand on social networks
Builds relationships with hiring mangers to develop a keen understanding of business priorities and to provide strategic insights as an expert resource in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred
5+ years in a recruitment role
FT In office-onsite position
Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis
