Overview:
The Senior Talent Development Consultant is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement programs that drive the performance and development of our global teams. Reporting to the Director of Talent Development, this role will work collaboratively across the HR organization and be responsible for designing and enabling PTC's global performance and development programs, tracking and reporting talent metrics, managing talent development vendor relationships, and coordinating talent assessments and development tools.

Responsibilities:
Project manages the performance management program cycle and Talent Development Initiatives
Monitors progress and reporting, providing insights for roll-up to CHRO.
Updates enablement resources and process documentation.
Identifies learning and development themes to inform programming.
Facilitates focus groups as needed.
Collaborates with HRBP and HR COEs to ensure alignment on key priorities and execution of programming.
Manages vendor relationships, and coordinates the execution of the executive learning portfolio
Assists with career path development program.

Skills and Knowledge:
Strong project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and listening skills
Curious, resourceful, and able to problem-solve
Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms, etc.),
Customer focused

Preferred Experience:
1-3 years experience in Talent and/or Learning & Development
Workday experience a plus

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience
5 years of working experience, 1-3 years of work experience in HR
Ability to commute into our Boston office on a hybrid model (2-3 days in office)
