Senior Task Manager Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence seeks a highly qualified Senior Task Manager to support high-level ODNI organizations in Bethesda, MD. The role involves managing tasking through systems like N-CERTS and CATS, coordinating inter-agency actions, and preparing training materials. The selected individual will oversee the processing of ODNI staff packages, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of task management.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director levelReceives tasking via multiple vehicles and systemsProcesses and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systemsCoordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entitiesPrepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organizationMinimum QualificationsRequires a minimum of 18 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 24 years with no degreeTS/SCI w/poly level clearance is requiredExperience in the following is required:Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director levelReceiving tasking via multiple vehicles and systemsProcessing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systemsSalary Range
$145,000 - $160,000 per year
