This role includes: Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for C corporations, S corporations, and multi-member partnerships.Conduct tax research to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.Provide tax planning and advisory services to help clients minimize liabilities and enhance financial performance.Assist clients with audits, appeals, and tax disputes Analyze financial data to identify potential tax savings and opportunitiesStay updated on changes in tax legislation and industry trendsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on tax-related matters.Conduct client calls to discuss tax strategies, planning, and complianceMaintain accurate and organized records of client communications, tax filings, and responses to notices.Ensure all client information is kept confidential and secure Qualifications 3-5 years + of experience as a CPA in tax planning and complianceCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or working towards Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExcellent communication skills and a client-focused attitudeProficiency in tax software (CCH Access, Qount) financial modeling, and strong analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Takes accountability and holds other team members accountable as well Our Dream Teammate Will Be: A Proactive Problem SolverTenacious A strategic planner Focused on values and mission of the company Enthusiastic and positive MASSIVELY OrganizedStrong communicator Driven A Self-Starter Firm & kind, confident & humble Always learning and coachable Job Type: Full-time
