Senior Tax Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Tax Attorney with 20+ years of expertise and strong leadership abilities to join our dynamic tax practice.
This role primarily involves advising clients on tax consequences, risks, and opportunities related to various business entity structures and activities, as well as handling tax controversy matters.
Key Responsibilities: Provide counsel on individual, partnership, and corporate tax aspects of complex commercial transactions.Structure mergers and acquisitions, business formations, and debt/equity financing.Advise on employee compensation, benefits, and draft related memoranda and documents.Address tax implications across various industries.Experience with affordable housing tax credits, sales and use tax, estate planning, and qualified plans is beneficial but not required.Qualifications: 20+ years of experience in tax law, with a focus on business entity structuring and transactions.J.D.
