Years of Experience:

10+ years' recent tax experience within public accounting.

Location:

Little Rock/Fayetteville, AR | Yuma/Scottsdale, AZ | Raleigh, NC

Shift:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Compensation:

$138,500-$166,200 (Based on experience)

Our client is a full-service accounting firm that focuses on providing top tier tax, audit and strategic guidance to business owners, independent professionals, and high net-worth families.

Qualifications:

CPA license required.

Minimum of 10 years' recent tax experience.

Experience with individuals, corporations, and partnerships.

Preferred industries: Food Processing, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Construction, Real Estate, Non-Profit, Government, Cannabis, Financial Services.

Experience with Multi-State, Pass Through Entities, Consolidated.

Ability to work independently, but also in a team environment.

Ability to adapt quickly to new technology platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects/clients and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Review (Possibly Some Prep) individual, corporations, and partnerships tax returns.

Engagements from planning, executing, and completing tax compliance, tax planning, and provision projects on a timely basis and within budget.

Research and review tax issues.

Proactively anticipate and solve client issues, seeking opportunities to add value to projects.

Effectively supervise team to meet client and partner expectations.

Begin to develop and execute a practice development plan including networking, new client development, and client expansion activities.
