Senior Technical Advisor

Hansen Talent Group is looking to hire a Sr Technical Advisor to work with one of the largest enterprises in Columbia, SC. This is a remote role. What you'll do Provide senior level technical expertise on decisions and priorities regarding the enterprise's overall systems architecture, and instrumental in analysis and recommendation of infrastructure, architecture, application and performance enhancements. Provides complex and vital knowledge critical to the setting of vision and strategies within the IT organization. Review customer requests, security patches, and audit requirements for additions or changes to systems, and evaluate feasibility to determine if/how to handle the request while maintaining an adequate/appropriate overall systems infrastructure. Facilitate the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions, including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications across the enterprise. Requirements and Qualifications: Strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Thorough understanding of operating systems and foundation architecture. 12 Years IT experience including 7 years progressive responsibility within area of expertise. Subject Matter Expertise around mainframe transaction processing system operations. Leadership experience working with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) Fee-for-Service Application Support is a must. A thorough understanding of Medicare operations/transactions related to claims processing for FISS, MCS, DME and CWF applications and processing
