Senior Technical Consultant

Position Overview A Technical Consultant, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a SyteLine developer, is sought to provide billable services supporting the SyteLine system for our customers. Depending on individual skill sets, the Technical Consultant may also extend services to include other development or technical aspects, irrespective of SyteLine.
Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the Technical Consultant includes delivering services to customers through a diverse range of activities, such as requirements gathering, analysis, formulating solutions to business issues, documenting specifications, estimating projects, development, testing, debugging, and ensuring successful project delivery to the customer.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, encompassing T-SQL, VB.Net, and SQL Server Reporting ServicesA degree in a technical discipline is preferredBasic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemsPrevious consulting experience is advantageousExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCustomer-centric approach with a commitment to service excellenceSelf-motivated with a willingness to seek assistance when neededHigh standards for work quality and personal accountabilityCapacity to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlinesHigh energy level with a persistent attitude Education and Experience A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred. The role may necessitate travel, as determined by Management, for reasons such as onsite customer work, internal meetings, customer meetings, and sales support. A valid driver's license is required.
