Senior Technical Engineering Manager

Senior Technical Engineering Manager We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Engineering Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and capital improvement initiatives while driving process engineering efforts in our facility. In this key leadership role, you'll direct cross-functional teams focused on improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and optimizing material usage. Key Responsibilities :Lead and mentor the Maintenance, Plant Engineering, and Process Engineering teams through Gemba walks and one-on-one coaching .Develop and oversee a comprehensive Asset Maintenance Reliability Plan, including preventative/predictive maintenance, spare parts management, and a fully integrated CMMS system .Manage capital projects from concept to completion, handling budgeting, equipment specification, vendor selection, and project management .Collaborate with Material Control and Production teams on repairs, safety inspections, new equipment installation, and significant process changes .Partner with Manufacturing Leadership to meet safety, quality, and production goals, improving reliability and reducing costs .Lead root cause analysis and implement countermeasures for quality and OEE issues .Support the New Product Introduction process and maintain process flow charts, PFMEAs, and control plans . Qualification s:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field from an accredited universit y.Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant management, engineering management, quality management, or continuous improvement role s.Extensive project management experience within the processing industrie s.Strong organizational, time-management, and planning skill s.Proven ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders, including executive s.Six Sigma certification preferre d.Able to make data-driven decisions quickly, balancing discretion and sound judgmen t.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels, from hourly employees to the C-suit e.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadline s.
