Our Senior Technical Integration Consultant is our most experienced application and integration consultant. As a BCC Senior Technical Integration Consultant, we will train you to be an Eightfold product expert which will allow you to advise clients on best-in-class configurations, workflows, and cross-system integrations.
Our Senior Technical Integration Consultants are problem solvers. You offer practical technical solutions when a client runs into a functional gap. Through responsive communication, proactive recommendations, and demonstrated knowledge of Eightfold & related tools, you become a trusted technical advisor to our clients and client-facing teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical requests and explanations to the client and Eightfold by providing live presentations/sessions and leading technical communications
Evaluate and propose solutions from the technical perspective
Provide recommendations and solutions to bridge the gap between client requirements and Eightfold functionalities
Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client's timelines are met
Provide instruction, mentoring, and support to BCC Technical Consultants
Provide guidance to BCC prospects during the sales cycle
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of solution/data architecture and integration experience for a SaaS HCM or ATS (Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Greenhouse, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of solution/data architecture and integration experience for a SaaS HCM or ATS (Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Greenhouse, etc.)
BA/BS in related fields of human resources, computer science, or information technology
Experience analyzing and transforming ATS data
Strong knowledge of service-orientated architecture design principles, common integration design patterns, and experience with common scripting languages like Python, SQL, and ETL methods
Experience with integration technologies such as EDI, Web Services, XML, Java, .NET, and SSO protocols
Experience with customer relationship management, management consulting, and/or technical solution consulting
Experience with managing multiple projects/initiatives
Ability to debug technical data issues and perform root cause analysis
Experience in recruiting, talent, and/or consulting
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic business relationships and deal effectively with relational challenges
Growth mindset with a desire to take ownership to drive internal business goals with cross-functional stakeholders in product, sales, and marketing
