Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead product development on our client's AI-powered leasing platform. In this role, you'll spearhead initiatives that harness the power of agentic AI, delivering insights and efficient leasing workflows to landlords, leasing teams, and property management companies. You'll also focus on enhancing platform capabilities to meet the demands of the residential leasing ecosystem by leveraging AI-driven data and intelligence. Responsibilities: Oversee product initiatives from ideation through launch, ensuring a seamless experience for property owners, managers, and leasing agents. Innovate and refine AI-driven features tailored to streamline residential leasing processes, with a particular focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Gather feedback from landlords and property managers to inform the product roadmap, acting as a dedicated advocate for their needs. Shape commercial standards and pricing models that align with the property management industry, delivering value across the leasing ecosystem. Partner with Engineering, Marketing, UX, and Sales teams, using Agile methodology to maintain an efficient development cycle. Collaborate closely with executives and cross-functional leaders to ensure product success and align with strategic goals. Qualifications: 5+ years in Technical Product Management, with a strong background in enterprise SaaS and/or PropTech. 2+ years in Generative AI product development, focusing on LLMs, RAG, or similar. Demonstrated experience in building and launching B2B solutions, preferably for residential leasing or property management. Ability to translate user insights into actionable product enhancements that meet complex leasing requirements. Strong strategic and analytical skills, capable of synthesizing feedback and data to guide product decisions. Knowledge of Prediction & Simulation techniques.
