**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Partners with stakeholders to enable successful development and delivery of commercialized solutions (Build/Launch)
+ Demonstrates understanding of the portfolio strategy, market needs, and key questions to be answered at each stage of the product lifecycle
+ Recognizes and proposes business process re-designs and opportunities of efficient to maximize business results
+ Be the liaison between the business partner and the delivery team in the requirements gathering, scoping, capacity needs and UAT of a project
+ Provides subject matter expertise, recognize and analyze gaps between current situation and desired outcome and utilize appropriate resources to obtain information, consider solutions and deliver the solution
+ Participates in activities within each stage (Ideate, Define, Build, Launch, Manage, Sunset)
+ Reviews whole portfolio and considers if products are still relevant based on business and market strategy
+ Makes recommendations and/or decisions on whether to maintain, invest, or end of life based on assessment

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years of product management experience leading technical product or service delivery, including service lifecycle support
+ 3+ years of experience with Healthcare related business analysis
+ 3+ years of experience of translating business requirements into a detailed system specification
+ 3+ years of experience writing User Stories, Requirements, Testing and Collaboration with Development/Engineering Teams
+ 2+ years of experience in Agile software development approach
+ Experience in Agile delivery models

Residents Only:** The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
