About the Role:

In this combo role, you must build technical training courses that are part of Saviynt University's defined curriculum and deliver the same training content to our worldwide Partners, Customers, and Employees.
The beginner-level technical courses help us to onboard new Saviynt Partners, Customers, and Employees, whereas the advanced classes are suitable for more seasoned Saviynt

IDM experts.
The core objective of the training curriculum is to provide the end users with the necessary product training that is needed for them to function well in their jobs.
You will also be expected to help create Certification Exams in this role.


What You Will Do: Work closely with the Product Management team and other cross-functional groups to build quality training courses.
Conduct audience needs assessment to arrive at a suitable course plan.
Design and develop training materials, training modules, and teaching aids and manage all aspects of curriculum development.
Build course materials such as slide decks, lab handouts, lecture manuals, assessments, and reference guides.
Create hands-on labs for all courses.
Build digital content, such as videos, interactive demos, etc., on Saviynt IGA and CPAM products.
Deliver virtual in-person and classroom training.
Deliver a defined training curriculum to Saviynt Partners, Customers, and Internal employees worldwide.
Deliver 2 weeklong training program to new hires at Saviynt under the Saviynt University program.
Assisting Engineers in Product Development by discovering and reporting bugs and requesting new features in Saviynt products.
Provide feedback to the leadership team on improving the training courses, certifications, and digital content.
Build certification exams and question banks.
Essential Competencies: Passionate about technical training and learner education.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and writing skills are required.
Technical aptitude and ability to comprehend complex technical topics and present them to the learners in a manner that is easy to understand.
Ability to effectively collaborate and influence across boundaries.
Should have an exemplary customer service mindset, be highly motivated, and be a team player.
Ability to create creative and engaging training materials for adult learners in various modalities (classroom and self-paced).
Knowledge of current techniques and procedures used in designing and developing technical training curricula.
Good understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
It would be handy to have a good understanding of content development tools such as Microsoft PPT, Camtasia, Articulate 360, and Office 365.
Mindset to learn the product at very deep levels.
Ability to spot challenges/risks ahead of time and re-plan project deliverables as and when needed.
What You Bring: A passion for training with a proven ability to be a trusted advisor with customers, working alongside them to provide foundational product training and accelerate skills development.
Bachelor's degree in computer science/electronics is preferred.
6+ years of experience in the education/training industry.
4+ years of experience teaching technical training content to different audience types.
2-3 years of experience in developing technical training content.
A basic understanding of identity access management technologies is required.
Should have a good understanding of Cloud Computing technologies.


$90,000 - $110,000 a year

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 - $110,000 annually.


You may also be eligible to participate in a Saviynt discretionary bonus plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.


If required for this role, you will:

- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter

- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):

> Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy

> Incident Response Policy/Procedures

> Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures

> Mobile Device Policy

> Account Management Policy

> Access Control Policy

> Personnel Security Policy

> Privacy Policy
