Maintain all reports that supports the Yield program (YIELD portal, Time to mature yield, Actual Yield vs Plan, Executive Updates). Maintain all reports including: Governance of Assembly and Post electrical yield monthly update, maintenance of ASM and Post Electrical yield report and reporting of NPI, high volume design performance to plan on a weekly basis and monthly basis, drive the SSD yield program to meet the strategic goals on first pass and final yield, support key yield initiatives based on strategic focus, and maintain the SSD and Module yield. Responsible for maintaining all the reporting tools needed to run the Backend Yield, SSD/Module and Line Yield programs including dashboard, trend charts, tableau, sharepoint site. Collaborate with the finance team in reviewing the Yield projections for flagship products during quarterly business plan. Provide analysis in support of improving the capacity model. Maintain the Component and SSD line yield reports and drive analysis to support the BELY taskforce. Establish the forecasting process for ASM and Post electrical yields by setting regular review of the golden curves and audits with site process teams. Create and maintain Line Yield dashboard and all reporting systems needed by the project team. Optimize and drive improvements in NAND/DRAM/NOR Test yield, tester utilization and yield management systems for TSE organization.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field followed by five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Test Solution Engineer Yield-related occupation.
Position also requires experience in:
1. Project/Program management.
2. Tableau data analytics.
3. C++ or VBA Programming.
4. UNIX
5. SQL, PERL, and DBMS.
6. JMP for statistical analysis.
7. NAND, DRAM, and NOR Device functionality.
8. Fab to Backend Process (ASM, ELC, and Post Elec).
9. SharePoint.
