Position Summary:

The TAS is criticalrole in ouruniquecustomer modelto execute the BMS aspiration tobe the BioPharma that delivers the most impactfulengagementwith Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines forappropriate patients.

The primary role of the TAS is to be accountable for theappropriateadoption of BMS assignedRheumatologyportfolioand generate demand.To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them withadifferentiated Customer Experience (Cx)through deepscientific dialog.

Therolebuilds andmaintainsstrong professional relationships withselected National Thought Leaders (NTLs) andfocus onregional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff,and otherstakeholdersin the patient care continuumas their primary point of contact.

The TASliaises with otherBMS functions as needed to deliveranoverall higher Customer Experience (Cx)by meeting HCP needs ina timelyand scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe andappropriate useof BMS productswhilealsofocusing on overall business resultsandperformanceobjectiveswhileexemplifying BMS values.

The TAS role isfield based.A TAS isanticipatedtospend their time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Promotion
Promotesapproved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or regionto meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Organize promotional programslike lunch & learnandspeaker programs.

Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulatingtheclinical and scientificrationale for use of products in appropriate patients.

Maximizes the usage ofAIbased targeting capabilities (CE3) to define their call plan.

ParticipatestoOMNICHANNEL interactions with customers.

Engages with andcontinuouslymaintains/growsa high levelof scientificexpertisein all assigned products and therapeutic areas.

Preparesand successfullyimplementsa comprehensive territory and account plans.

Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue:
Demonstratesscientificexpertiseand passion in usingapprovedscientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medicalaccuracy.

Conductsofficepresentationsand discussesproduct related scientific information withHCPsthat is consistent with label.

Maintainshighlevel of workingexpertiseon emerging data.

Engagesreal time medical supportto reactively answer unsolicitedquestions requiring scientific exchange.

Cross Functional Collaboration:
Proactive collaboration with other fieldteamsto ensurebestCustomer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.

Fosters team effectiveness and accomplishments of shared goals bygathering and sharing relevant insights and information internally to enable BMS to better serve its customers.

Complies with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Advancedscientificdegreeand/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales /MSL / HCP / nurse.

Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data convincinglyto help physicians best serve their patients.

Strong selling and promotional skills.

Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performancetrack recordof meeting or exceeding goals.

Demonstrated experience building andmaintainingstrong relationships with key customers, office staff and others in the customer influence network via customer centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).

Experience inOncology ispreferred but not mandatory.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally withapositive team mindset andcan-doattitude.?
