\n About the workWe are seeking an experienced UX Designer to craft and optimize user experiences for dashboard views and target analysis. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to design intuitive, visually engaging dashboards and workflows that enhance user interactions. This role requires someone with strong analytical and design skills, able to facilitate interviews, brainstorming sessions, and develop user journeys that inform the overall design strategy. Dashboard Design & Target Analysis UX:Design user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards that allow for easy target analysis and data interpretation.Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience that aligns with the business needs and user expectations. User Research & Interviews:Conduct interviews with end-users and stakeholders to gather insights and understand requirements.Facilitate brainstorming sessions to explore ideas, gather feedback, and define user journeys. User Journey Mapping:Develop detailed user journeys to guide design decisions and optimize the overall user experience.Translate business goals and user needs into UX layouts and workflows that enhance usability and engagement. Wireframes, Prototypes, and UX Layouts:Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for various dashboard views and analysis interfaces.Develop and iterate on UX designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users. Collaboration & Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure alignment between business objectives and design outcomes.Present UX designs and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed to refine designs. Usability Testing & Iteration:Conduct usability testing to validate design effectiveness and ensure user satisfaction.Iterate on designs based on user testing results and feedback. Your backgroundRequired Skills & Qualifications:UX Design Experience:Proven experience in UX design, particularly in creating dashboards and data-driven user interfaces.Strong portfolio showcasing previous dashboard designs, user flows, and target analysis work. User Research Expertise:Experience conducting user interviews, brainstorming sessions, and gathering qualitative data to inform design decisions. Prototyping & Design Tools:Proficiency with UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows and journey maps. Collaboration & Communication:Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts and work effectively with stakeholders.Ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical Mindset:Ability to analyze complex data and workflows, designing solutions that simplify user interactions with dashboards and target analysis tools. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in designing UX for data visualization or analytics platforms.Familiarity with front-end development concepts and design systems.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for dashboard interfaces.
