The Senior UX/UI Designer is solutions-oriented, with a deep understanding of both visual and UX design, best practices, and proficiency in wireframing tools. This role will involve designing user experiences for web-based applications, websites. and conference engagements. The candidate will collaborate with creative teams, internal stakeholders, strategists, and developers to translate user needs into interaction designs that drive intuitive and exceptional experiences. This is a 6-month contract position. The role is primarily remote with occasional time in the office.
\n What You'll Do:Create low, medium and high-fi wireframes, conceptual diagrams, sitemaps, user flows, detailed visual mockups, and prototypes to communicate high-level design strategies Work with cross-functional teams to find balanced solutions to complex user, business and technical challenges Develop expert-level knowledge of competitive and complementary products/experiences and bring new ideas to the team Create, evaluate, and modify high and low-fidelity prototypes to support development process. Facilitate iterative testing of prototypes. Design highly usable interfaces for multiple channels - web, mobile, iPad, and touch screen kiosks and construct UI components for use by designers and developers Write easy-to-read and comprehensive functional documentation Manage the delegation of projects to another UX team memberand provide feedback and guidance when needed Manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines effectively while balancing speed and qualify Requirements:5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, user interface designer, or similar role A strong portfolio or samples of interaction design work demonstrating experience and relevant, user-centered designs Experience creating wireframes and prototypes in Adobe XD and Figma, as well as knowledge of additional design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign A strong sensibility of grid, type, iconography, and color theory Understanding of design systems and how to manage and develop them Well-versed in user research?and analytical skills The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously and multi-task in a dynamic environment Strong ability to present to clients, design and senior-level leadership and support your design rationale Strong collaboration and influencing skills, excellent grammatical skills and the ability to communicate clearly Previous experience managing the workload of another UX team member Strong collaboration and influencing skills Bonus Points:Previous experience working at a design agency and/or in the pharmaceutical advertising field.
