We're seeking a future team member for the role of Attorney to join our Capital Markets Legal team. This role is located in either Pittsburg, PA or Lake Mary, FL Hybrid.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents for the FICC Sponsored Member Program; including the Master Repurchase Agreement. Providing legal advice and guidance on related regulations, rules, and playbooks. Assist in developing new products. Support the business with client development efforts. Support other legal functions and products within the Capital Markets Legal team; including the agency securities lending, principal lending, and secured term loan products. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school (2-4 years legal practice experience). Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents. Knowledge of repurchase transactions and an understanding of capital markets transactions, in general. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
