We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Developer to join our Fund Accounting and Fund Administration team. This role is located in NYC and/or Jersey City Hybrid
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Takes responsibility for all phases of the systems development and implementation process – design, development and maintaining high-quality, scalable & multi-tiered applications. Takes full, end-to-end ownership, including test automation & setting up real time monitoring/support etc.
Leads analysis of organizational needs for application development and interface with cross functional teams to ensure systems are developed to meet business & automation requirements.
Interfaces regularly with key stake holders and agile scrum teams to ensure that systems are developed to meet critical business needs and specifications.
Ensures the availability, integrity and stability of production systems by identifying appropriate resources to manage all systems and having a process in place to respond quickly to problems.
Communicates and endorses strict adherence to development and quality standards and monitors adherence on an on-going basis.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of hands-on Java 17+ experience, 5+ experience with Spring/SpringBoot
Working knowledge of Angular 14+
Knowledge of the following technologies is a plus: Camunda 7/8, Drools 7/8, Hazelcast 5, Spring Cloud

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $113,000 and $246,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
