Summary of Position:

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Entertainment and Hospitality is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, development, and execution of all day-to-day Entertainment and Hospitality operations. It is essential to focus on establishing high-quality service standards and achieving strategic objectives. The SVP of Entertainment and Hospitality provides decisive direction and strong leadership of restaurant operations to maximize profitability and return on investment. The position is responsible for proactively driving the Entertainment and Hospitality management of our collection of venues, ensuring financial success, as well as guest and employee satisfaction in our current and future holdings.
Overall Responsibilities:

Leads the operating team in each market to ensure that service levels, revenue, and profitability are achieved.

Establishes and implements core business processes that are scalable and provide clear accountability as markets expand.
·

Leads dynamic marketing strategies, driving sales initiatives, and crafting innovative new menus for all of our venues.
·

Recruit, hire, manage, and nurture the leadership team across multiple locations and various functions in each market.
·

Maximizes profitability across all operational aspects.
·

Demonstrates a willingness to take on new challenges with a mindset that no task is too small or impossible.
Who You Are:
·

Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience, preferably management across different markets.
·

Expert in financial management and maximizing profitability.
·

Skilled in developing and implementing accountable business processes.
·

Proficient in opening new markets and expanding business operations.
·

Experienced in creating and pricing menus.
·

Strong communication and reporting skills.
·

Passionate about live music and providing world-class hospitality.
·

In-depth understanding of accounting principles, including budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital planning management.
·

Significant experience in effectively managing revenue and profit for food, beverage, hospitality, and entertainment businesses.
·

Demonstrated strategic leadership ability.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, kneel, walk, balance, reach with hands and arms, use fingers and wrists, and talk and hear.
Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds.
