The successful candidate will be a strategic professional with a keen eye on the latest industry trends, capable of adapting them to the business's needs.
This role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, as the officer will be accountable for significant business results and will have a high level of responsibility over technical strategy.
Key responsibilities include regulatory risk project management, interaction with senior stakeholders, and driving key strategic initiatives in the cost of credit.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, engineering, applied mathematics, or a related discipline.
A Master's or MBA is preferred.
The role requires a deep understanding of financial and risk reporting, a familiarity with the global regulatory landscape, and previous experience in managing regulatory inspections and audits within a financial services company.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, process optimization, and relationship management, with the ability to influence and lead development efforts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is essential for metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
