The successful candidate will be responsible for workforce development, leadership and organizational development, executive recruitment, and talent acquisition strategy and operations.
This role requires a leader with a system mindset, capable of embracing transformation and change, and who can build strong, cross-functional relationships to engage leaders and teams at all levels.
The SVP will also be tasked with fostering a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and will work closely with the Office of the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer on strategic implementations related to workforce diversity.
Candidates for this role should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience, and at least 10-15 years of leadership experience, with a minimum of 10 years in talent management.
The role demands a proven track record in driving results, emotional intelligence, leading change, and cultivating clinical and business partnerships.
The SVP will be expected to have a keen understanding of the unique needs and challenges of building a contemporary talent agenda, particularly in a healthcare environment, and to be adept at integrating talent programs within the broader talent management strategy.
Strong project management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, high energy, and a strong work ethic are essential.
The position also requires the ability to manage multiple teams, set HR strategy, and deal with highly confidential information while interacting with executives and HR business consultants.
