LSG, an impact agency specializing in brand building, corporate reputation management, and public affairs, is seeking a senior vice president to join its strategic insights team to play a central role in its rapid growth.
The senior vice president will serve as a senior campaign manager and brand and product strategist for new and existing LSG clients.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in market research and insights with an interest in brand, product, and corporate reputation challenges.
S/he will have excellent strategic thinking and interpersonal skills, as well as extensive qualitative and quantitative consumer research experience delivering insights for corporate clients.
The senior vice president will work as a leader in the firm's strategic insights practice that conducts qualitative and quantitative research for firm clients with an emphasis on message testing, opinion research, creative testing, brand and reputation tracking, and campaign measurement and optimization.

Responsibilities
Serve as senior client leader for brand and product marketing research clients, performing client and project management responsibilities at the highest level of performance standards.
Shape and drive account strategy, program development, and execution for campaigns to achieve client goals.
Manage the execution of all stages of quantitative and qualitative brand, advertising, and product research studies to address key business objectives.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, identify insights and opportunities, and develop recommendations that will inform key business, marketing, or product decisions to improve customer experience and/or brand reputation.
Maintain deep, trusted relationships with clients, including marketing and communications executives, and communicate research findings and messaging recommendations in clear, concise, and compelling ways to clients.
Oversee client teams, ensuring proper staffing, providing guidance and coaching, and driving excellent work product and client deliverables.
Lead the growth of LSG's brand and product research offering, including developing key services and capabilities, identifying cross-sell opportunities and triggers, and reinforcing positioning as a thought and industry leader.
Drive and support new business development, including developing campaign ideas, drafting proposals from start to finish, and participating in pitches.
Exhaustively leverage professional and personal networks to sell LSG and our service offerings and make efforts to introduce LSG to new prospective clients.
Create an inclusive environment, leading and managing client teams, identifying professional growth opportunities, and contributing to a culture that inspires and motivates.
Qualifications
10-12 years of marketing and/or quantitative and qualitative research experience with a proven track record in brand and product research.
Experience leading the development of brand and product research studies on behalf of a companyor client working to achieve business goals.
Experience providing counsel to senior executives in a client or corporate communications setting.
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, demanding environment, providing feedback and professional development while also motivating.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
*Salary Range: $135k-$250k*
