This senior management role is pivotal in leading a team that is responsible for the design, build, and deployment of Workday Integrations, ensuring that quality standards are met within the existing and planned framework.
The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing a variety of engineering activities, managing day-to-day production operations, and resource planning for new Workday Integration development.
Additionally, the role involves defining technical processes, staying current with Workday releases, and working closely with business partners to define requirements and manage the overall execution of the IT strategy and roadmap for the technology area.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience in an HR Data Engineering role, with at least 5 years' in managing an integration technical team within the Workday HCM application.
Strong proficiency in Workday integration tools, custom reports, and security frameworks is essential, as is experience with XML, XSLT, and web services in Workday.
The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of integration patterns, best practices, and experience in financial services or a large, complex, global environment.
Project management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of operational process changes and improvements are also necessary.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a preference for candidates holding Workday Integration certifications.
