This role is responsible for developing, executing, and communicating strategic plans that will drive growth for our business along with financial accountability for the brands. This role plays an integral part in the collaboration and relationship between internal and external customers. The ideal candidate is someone who has a can-do, analytical mindset with experience in retail or wholesale environments and can communicate effectively with Senior management.70%: Developing Plans and Analyzing the BusinessDevelop, execute, and communicate strategic merchandise and financial plans that support the merchandising, marketing, and financial objectives for assigned accounts.Develop retail ladder plans; analyze current and historical trends against LY. Develop and communicate long range plans internally to Leadership and Senior levels at the account.Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by department and classification.
