The Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests. They are responsible for greeting guests promptly while always exhibiting a high level of hospitality. · Maintain City Group Hospitality service and hospitality standards
· Complete and comprehensive knowledge of the menu and various liquors, beer, and wines available
· Accurately execute guest orders and requests in a timely fashion

Our namesake, BROSSARD (Broussard), dit Beausoleil, JOSEPH, is a famed and revered leader of the Acadian people in the 1700's. This settler was remembered for his courageous and valiant efforts in the resistance of the Acadians against the British; Joseph Brossard was ultimately the first to bring the Acadian people to what we now call present-day Louisiana. It is with the rich cultural and memorable Louisiana history in mind that guides everything we do in the kitchen at Beausoleil Coastal.
