Responsibilities
• Wait on tables promptly and courteously• Enforce and comply with all restaurant rules and standards• Service guests in the dining room to provide the best possible experience• Comply with attendance and punctuality standards• Properly set up the entire restaurant• Have a complete understanding of server standards and the menu• Take food and drink orders accurately• Deliver food and beverage to tables in a timely manner• Inspect and maintain station cleanliness• Perform assigned duties and responsibilities• Accounting and banking out at the end of the shift
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year fine dining serving experience• Developed knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer• Previous cash handling experience• Excellent communication skills in English• Ability to input information into MICROS• Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a welcoming demeanor• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills• TABC certification• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays• Physical ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
