ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Directly managing the guest experience with food and beverages in a quick and professional manner.
Maintaining dining ambiance with an enthusiastic, fun and graceful attitude.Communicating orders to the kitchen by recording guest choices and special dietary needs and requests.
Demonstrating expert knowledge of all menu items.
All members of the service team are responsible for being able to effectively describe each dish as well as all the ingredients, preparation/techniques and allergens.
Acting as part of the team to maintain the highest standards of of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant both before, during and after service.
Completing all assigned side work as dictated by management.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines including being ready to work at scheduled shift, in uniform, as per uniform standards.
Complete any other task given with as required in a timely and professional manner.Operate ethically to protect the assets and image of the company.
Must be able to maintain a schedule availability flexible to the business demands.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Friendly, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude.Experience working in a fast paced professional restaurant.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative quality standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the work area and property.
Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder hight frequently, or otherwise move in a consistently changing environment.
Climbing steps regularly.
COMPENSATION Compensation based upon experience and hours of the day plus gratuity.
