As a Server at JKJ Nuth LLC d/b/a Nifty Fiftys, you will greet our guest at the table with a smile and warm welcome.
You provide our guest with the true Nifty Fiftys experience by making our customers feel like a guest in our home.
You will work hard at providing outstanding customer service and making our valued customers feel like a part of our Niftys family. Responsibilities and Duties Greet and say goodbye to all customers as they enter/leave the building and sit/get up from their tableAccommodate any special needs to guests (food allergies, requests, etc.
)Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food.Take customer orders by writing them down and entering orders into the POS systemServes customers their food and check back on the guest to make sure meal came out correctlyObserves guests to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completedMaintain a clean and organized area (condiments, napkins, comment cards, etc.
)Presents guest check to each table and accept approved form of paymentMakes correct change or completes the proper charge card procedureThanks patrons and kindly invites them back for future dining.Clean tables and floors as neededComplete daily and weekly cleaning projectsOther additional tasks management may need assistance with
