Job Description: Server Job Summary: Blossom and Bourbon, an upscale restaurant celebrated for its fusion of gourmet cuisine and an extensive bourbon selection, is seeking dynamic and customer-focused Servers to join our hospitality team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests by providing excellent service, taking orders, and ensuring a seamless flow of service throughout the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities: Guest Interaction: Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, provide menus, and assist with any inquiries about the menu or special offerings. Order Taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring attention to detail regarding special requests or dietary restrictions. Service Excellence: Deliver dishes and beverages to tables promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation meets the restaurant's standards. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide recommendations and answer guest questions. Upselling: Suggestively sell additional items such as appetizers, desserts, and specialty drinks to enhance the dining experience. Table Maintenance: Monitor and maintain tables to ensure cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and service delivery. Customer Satisfaction: Proactively address any guest concerns or issues, seeking to exceed expectations and ensure a positive dining experience.
