Clean equipment and serving utensils, as well as maintaining clean tables and server stations.
Establish pre-function side work to be performed and make sure all equipment is accounted for and in good condition.
Use and understand Points of Sale.
Serve and bus courses in a timely manner, checking in with your tables often.
Determine when a guest should not be served additional alcoholic beverages.
Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management.
Assist in resetting tables during and after service.
Attend all staff meetings as required by management.
Abide by all Crystal Mountain employment guidelines.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Must hold a valid M.A.S.T.
Class 12 or 13 Permit (Washington state serving license) Must hold a valid Washington Food Worker Card (Health & Food Safety) Minimum 2 years professional experience in Food and Beverage PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation.
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 30 pounds on an occasional basis.
Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis.
Auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, mobile devices and basic office equipment.
Ability to work for extended periods of time bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on an occasional basis.
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
