The Server & Rack Assembly Trainers will conduct established training programs in the manufacturing or engineering processes.Shifts Needed are 2nd Shift.Hourly pay ranges from $20.50-$22.50 depending on experience.Shift Differential for 2nd shifts and Evening/Weekend Shifts$500 Sign-On Bonus offered for external non-Jabil employees only.What will you do?Monitors training effectiveness via established evaluation techniques.Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.How will you get here? Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.Experience: At least 1 year of experience Training in a Manufacturing environment.Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. Experience working with components, building computers or other electronic devices.Mechanical experience is required.Experience with PCB's and PCBA's strongly preferred.Linux is a plus.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience maintaining documentation.Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
