Service Advisor Description of the Role:
The Service Advisor at Mall of Georgia Ford is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
They will serve as the main point of contact for customers visiting our service department, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
The Service Advisor will also collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of service requests.
