Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers with their service needs and inquiries. Evaluate customer concerns and provide accurate information on services and repairs. Schedule appointments and coordinate service work efficiently. Prepare detailed estimates and work orders based on customer needs. Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure understanding of service issues. Update customers on the status of their vehicles and address any concerns or questions. Maintain an organized service area and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage and document customer interactions in the system. Participate in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about automotive trends and technologies. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Advisor or related role in the automotive industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Solid organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with automotive repair operations and terminology. Proficient in computer systems for scheduling and record management.
