Responsibilities:
Ensure all inbound service inquiries are answered promptly, professionally, and according to scriptMake outbound calls to follow up with customersRespond to customer emails and chatsConfirm appointments and reschedule missed appointmentsLog customer information and purify CRMResponsible for helping to drive traffic to our dealerships
Qualifications:
Call Center and/or automotive experience preferredBilingual English and Spanish preferredStrong written and verbal communicationEnergetic, well-spoken and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service Confident and go-getter personalityMust be dependable and punctualMust be process-driven, coachable, and trainableStrong computer and Internet skillsMust be able to commit 40-hour weekly with rotating SaturdaysMust be able to pass a background check, drug testMust be motivated by reaching and exceeding goalsWhy Ed Morse?
