Responsibilities
• Field customer calls and serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and sales representatives.• Schedule services, resolve concerns, process payments, and monitor collections for past due accounts.• Assist in office record-keeping, work order processing, and billing.• Requires excellent computer skills, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.• Position involves a lot of time on the phone and multitasking.
Requirements
• First-class customer service skills.• Time management skills and attention to detail.• Positive attitude and good communication skills.• Proficient in word, gmail, excel, etc.• Prior experience in Pest Control or business administration preferred but not required.
