Vendor account management Procurement responsibilities Cultivates internal networks to facilitate completion of tasks Develops a basic understanding of supported functional areas Estimates work and gathers requirements for a wide range of projects Drives deliverables for assigned projects including but not limited to expansions and acquisitions Develops and manages schedules for deployments, upgrades, refreshes, renewals, licensing, etc. Supports upgrades to technology and verifies compatibility of existing applications Troubleshoots routine issues and resolves incidents in a timely manner Communicates clearly and works with functional team members Provides feedback on approaches and decisions Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with project sponsors, customers, and key systems users Performs other duties as required. Education & Experience: Minimum Education: BS Degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience. Minimum Experience: 0-2 years' experience.
