Job Title: Service Desk Associate 1 Location: Fort Worth, TX (100% onsite) Job Type: Full-Time CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is seeking a motivated Service Desk Associate I to join our Desktop Engineering team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to develop and apply their technical knowledge in a supportive environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our infrastructure runs smoothly by providing exceptional consulting services to our users regarding various technologies. Key Responsibilities: Respond to calls and requests for assistance from users encountering issues with Windows-based desktop and laptop operating systems. Provide troubleshooting support for computer hardware, including identifying issues and resolving them efficiently. Monitor and support applications, ensuring they function properly for our users. Troubleshoot Microsoft Office and Exchange issues to ensure optimum usability. Assist with active directory group policy and security troubleshooting. Perform system imaging utilizing enterprise-level tools to ensure efficient deployment. Offer tier-1 level network and telecommunications support to resolve connectivity and system access issues. Collaborate with team members and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution. Requirements: Experience: At least 6 months of experience working in a 24/7 IT Service Desk or IT Customer Service call center. Availability: Must be available to work any shift, including overnight, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed. Preferred: Experience with EPIC systems is a plus. Skills and Qualifications: Strong troubleshooting skills and a working knowledge of desktop and laptop operating systems, particularly Windows. Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in user-friendly terms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
