Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and provide end-user support for computer-related issues• Manage computer imaging, setup, deployment, and network account• Track inventory and provide internal IT customer service• Collaborate on various projects and initiatives within the organization
Requirements
• 1-3 years of relevant IT experience or equivalent schooling• Positive and timely customer service skills• Expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing technology products• Ability to triage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
