If you are, we invite you to consider applying as  Service Manager for this highly regarded multi-location heavy equipment company. In this role, you will oversee the service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction at every stage of the service journey. We are actively seeking qualified candidates for this location today! Service Manager Responsibilities: Enhance Service Department efficiency for customer satisfaction, sales, and cost control. Set annual Service Department goals and budgets in line with organizational objectives. Develop and execute a marketing plan, monitor results. Recruit, train, and retain key talent. Coordinate customer events and negotiate service settlements. Manage work-in-progress and rework. Implement best practices and standardized processes. Submit warranty claims on time and maintain service facilities. Fulfill assigned duties. Service Manager Qualifications: High School diploma/GED required (Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred). In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment technology. Minimum 5 years of experience in a heavy equipment service department (or equivalent experience). Supervisory or management experience. Strong communication, math, and analytical skills. Professional appearance. Team building and leadership skills. Compensation: $70,000 to $115,000 Annually.
