Set annual Service Department goals and budgets in line with organizational objectives. Develop and execute a marketing plan, monitor results. Recruit, train, and retain key talent. Coordinate customer events and negotiate service settlements. Manage work-in-progress and rework. Implement best practices and standardized processes. Submit warranty claims on time and maintain service facilities. Fulfill assigned duties. Service Manager Qualifications: 5 years of experience performing service repairs High School diploma/GED required (Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred). In-depth knowledge of agricultural equipment technology. Supervisory or management experience.
