Description Fajita Pete's is hiring immediately for outgoing and energetic Service Team Members to join our fun and fast-paced team!
The position particpates in the store tip pool, which typically adds an additional $3/hr-$4/hr to your pay rate!
Service Team Member Job Responsibilities:
•Thoroughly understand and perform all duties assigned to you by your management team
•Use good tact, good manners, and mature judgment in dealing with guests in all situations
•Get familiar with and operate all machines and equipment required to perform server duties
•Working knowledge and service of menu items
•Serving guests, hot food promptly, greet, seat, and take cash
•Take new orders
•Food preparation - salads, soups, beverages, desserts
•Bus tables, clear, clean, and reset tables
•Carpet sweep your section
•Side work - re-stocking line, re-filling condiments on tables, re-setting your section
•Display case and front cash register
•Maintain the high performance of service and courtesy
•Satisfy guest complaints promptly, politely, and quietly
•Develop and maintain high ticket average (up-selling)
•Duties to be performed as assigned by your management team
