At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance.Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.Weekends required when on-call; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus!Responsibilities

Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 9:00 am - 10:00 am when on call; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
