Are you a skilled Service Technician with a strong background in electrical and hydraulic components? We are a leading manufacturing company in Charlotte, NC, seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
-Technical Development: Develop and support the Service Team in enhancing their technical skills and customer service capabilities.
-Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching to ensure the team is well-equipped to meet customer needs.
-Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service and communication skills.
-Network Management: Set up and maintain a customer service network consisting of service distributors, independent contractors, and direct employees through continuous training.
-Customer Satisfaction: Ensure we meet customer expectations and satisfaction through various activities, including:
-Work order processing: inspection, upgrade, repair, and accessory installation.
-Machine installations and training.
-Telephone and field service support.
-Developing systems to report product quality and service feedback.
-Service training school (on-site and off-site).
-Parts sales and technical support.
-Warranty issue resolution.
-Sales support (tradeshows, demonstrations, applications, and testing).
-Product installation and service support.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Technician.
-Good knowledge of electrical and hydraulic components.
-Capability of interpreting electrical and hydraulic drawings.
-Hands-on mechanical skills.
-Bandsaw background is a plus.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Strong communication skills.
