Jon-Don is looking for a Full time Mechanic/Technician.
We are actively seeking responsible, detail-oriented mechanics that enjoy problem solving.
Recent upgrades and advancements to the shop make this a neat, clean, and safe work environment.
Each mechanic must own a complete set of personal tools and be proficient in mechanical/electrical repairs.
If you have previous work experience or training in areas such as automotive, small engines, hydraulics, refrigeration (section 608), plumbing, and/or diesel, then this could be the position for you!
We're looking for more than just "wrench turners."
Mechanics/technicians are empowered to work independently, run their own day, and do what it takes to make the customer happy.
Department supervisors provide guidance and support where needed, but the expectation is for team members to be successful on their own.
Jon-Don provides all new techs with hands-on training. Mechanics/technicians also receive training from factory representatives and become certified to perform all repairs from electrical to plumbing and general troubleshooting and maintenance.
