What You'll Do: Execute the disassembly, cleaning, blasting, evaluation, painting, and testing of diverse valves and instruments, encompassing pressure relief, control, and automated on/off valves.Collaborate closely with seasoned technicians to analyze valve issues and select corrective actions.Contribute to the assembly of new automated valve components and related instrumentation.Develop proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics for precise assembly, repair, and reassembly.Work meticulously within close tolerances to ensure optimal product quality.Translate blueprint drawings, job orders, and tooling instructions into precise specifications.Uphold stringent safety and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting critical deadlines and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.Showcase your expertise in bolt torquing techniques.
