(Requires hands-on experience of ServiceNow APM Module) Conduct data analysis and portfolio assessments, providing insights on application cost, risk, and business fit, to guide decision-making in the rationalization process.
Experience in creating dashboards/reports in ServiceNow and user stories for development. Certifications : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory), Additional CIS(Certified implementation Specialist) APM or other CIS certifications.
